Data Quality

Data is monitored continuously as it is delivered via our fieldworkers to our data server. Any data inconsistencies are picked up on early in the process and cleaned. Quality controls include stringent verification, time & date-stamped photographs of respondents & GPS tracking.

Business Focus

Research is a ‘means to an end’. It has to provide real business value to our clients otherwise it is a waste of time.

Simplicity

We do not try to baffle our clients with jargon and complicated statistical analyses and modeling if not necessary. We start every project with a blank piece of paper. We focus on finding insights and answers to the specific questions & challenges that our clients are facing – and we present them in a clear and simple way.
