4 years ago, the launch of FGI was met with scepticism. Some in the industry saw our unique technology driven solution as a fad. Some saw us as the small, inexperienced fish in a pond full of sharks. Some did not expect us to make it through the first year.
Four years later, our reputation for providing innovative, strategic research in lightning-quick turnaround times continues to grow and strengthen. Thanks to our client base for both their belief in us and support of us, FGI’s industry footprint is making its mark.
And so in the spirit of growth, this spring heralds an exciting move for us – one which will allow us to widen our footprint even further afield. FGI is proud to announce that we are launching into Africa, with the same methodologies and approaches that have proved so successful in the South African market.
We have all heard or told horror stories about research in Africa. To date research in Africa has been a struggle, both for client and agency. FGI intends to aggressively address the issues that for too long have become the norm.

The extension of our unique data collection service into Africa was
always a “no brainer” – our GPRS platform allows us to collect and
process consumer data from African markets as efficiently as we do in
South Africa. We just needed to set-up “on the ground”.
After 12-months of careful planning and testing, we are now ready to
offer our clients real-time research across 14 markets in Africa!
FGI AFRICA is committed to providing the same service to clients as FGI South Africa has been. Our service in Africa will focus on:
